3. Tickets, Payments, and Attendance
3.1 Pricing and Purchase
All ticket prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable German VAT. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Eventival, Moviemento, or Twingle).

3.2 Refunds and Cancellations
Non-Refundable: Once purchased, tickets and festival passes are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Event Cancellation: If a screening is canceled by the festival due to technical issues or force majeure, we will attempt to offer a replacement screening or a refund at our discretion.

3.3 Age Restrictions
Many films showcased at XPOSED are unrated. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking age recommendations. XPOSED reserves the right to refuse entry to minors for adult-content screenings.

4. Code of Conduct
XPOSED is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.

We reserve the right to revoke festival access (without refund) to any individual who engages in discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior at our venues or on our digital platforms.

5. Film Submissions
If you submit a film to XPOSED via FilmFreeway or other platforms:

You guarantee that you hold all necessary rights (including music clearances) for the public screening of the work.

You grant XPOSED the right to use stills and snippets of the work for promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
XPOSED Film Festival e.V. strives to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However:

We are not liable for any errors in screening times, locations, or film descriptions.

We are not responsible for the content of external links (third-party websites like Instagram, Vimeo, etc.).

Festival schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or festival participation shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
