Neo Novoseltcev (he/they) has been supporting XPOSED Queer Film Festival from 2022, managing Social Media and helping out with the Queer Short Film Fund. Alongside their work as a program coordinator for the Berlinale’s Panorama section, Neo is pursuing his Master’s degree in experimental media studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, focusing on gender and politics across different media forms. Since 2025, they are also assisting in the management of TEDDY e.V., working to bring queer cinema to a wider public. They curate the Berlinale Queer Short Film Program and are frequently seen on cinema stages moderating Q&As with the filmmakers.
