The 16th XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin will take place from Thursday, May 26th, until Sunday, May 29th! The festival will show more than 40 short films and more than a dozen feature-length films from all over the world. Join us in our three cinemas in Berlin – Moviemento, IL Kino and Wolf Kino – and online to explore films about queerness, community, desire, friendship, love, transitions, resistance, migration, pasts, presents, futures… and the manifold ways of storytelling!
Over the course of the past months, the XPOSED programming team has been watching and discussing hundreds of queer films. In this context, we’re more than happy to finally announce that filmmaker and curator Sarnt Utachamote has joined the team in fall 2021. Together with Merle Groneweg, Pol Merchan and Nastaran Tajeri-Foumani, the four of them are now finalising the line-up for the 16th XPOSED Queer Film Festival Berlin.
