Alongside their work as a program coordinator for the Berlinale\u2019s Panorama section, Neo is pursuing his Master\u2019s degree in experimental media studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam, focusing on gender and politics across different media forms. Since 2025, they are also assisting in the management of TEDDY e.V., working to bring queer cinema to a wider public.
