Non-Refundable: Once purchased, tickets and festival passes are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.<\/p>

Event Cancellation:<\/strong> If a screening is canceled by the festival due to technical issues or force majeure, we will attempt to offer a replacement screening or a refund at our discretion.<\/p>

Many films showcased at XPOSED are unrated. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are responsible for checking age recommendations. XPOSED reserves the right to refuse entry to minors for adult-content screenings.<\/p>

If you submit a film to XPOSED via FilmFreeway or other platforms:<\/p>

You guarantee that you hold all necessary rights (including music clearances) for the public screening of the work.<\/p>

You grant XPOSED the right to use stills and snippets of the work for promotional purposes.<\/p>

6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
XPOSED Film Festival e.V. strives to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However:<\/p>

We are not liable for any errors in screening times, locations, or film descriptions.<\/p>

We are not responsible for the content of external links (third-party websites like Instagram, Vimeo, etc.).<\/p>
